International Women's Day Celebration

Come and join us to celebrate International Women's Day 2023 at CGF Studios in Macclesfield.

Think of an evening that is warm, cozy, full of connection, packed with nurturing, self care and relaxation.

When: 9th March 2023

Where: CGF Studios, Macclesfield, Cheshire

Time: 6-9pm

Investment: £10 per person including hot drinks

You will enjoy 3 hours of self care, connection, pampering and making friends.

When you arrive at 6pm, you will make yourself at home, grab a warm drink and say hello to friends new and old.

At 6.30pm, Carla Gilder - Founder of CGF Studios, Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher, will settle you into this beautiful nurturing evening, with a short guided meditation, some breathwork and gentle movement.

At 7.15pm, Helen Jones, Nutritional Therapist & Wellbeing Coach, will share her talk: 'Good health makes great women - The secrets to making lasting changes to your health in an easy and sustainable way, so you can feel amazing and perform at your best'.

At 8.00pm, Fiona Drake, Positive Psychology Coach, Mindset & Business Coach will share her interactive talk 'The Power of Woman: The key steps to tapping into your natural gifts for easy success, results, joy and flow in business, relationships and personal life'.

We also have two fabulous therapists available for you on the evening to book in with, for mini taster sessions. Siobhan, from Mother Nature Sanctuary who will be offering hand and arm massages, or head massages throughout the evening.

We also welcome Paula, from Frankinsocks, who you will be able to book in with for a 10 minute reflexology taster session.

These taster sessions are not included in the ticket price and will be charged £10 per person, per 10 minutes. These slots will sell out quickly, so please book with the therapist directly as soon as you arrive.

Ticket prices for the evening are only £10 including hot drinks.

Come wearing comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat to sit on if you have one (we have some at the studio too) and bring your open heart and mind, ready to top yourself up to leave feeling nurtured, nourished and fully relaxed.
