As a team we have our 40 years of experience working with women just like you. We know when you feel good your inner light shines and we want you to shine brightly.

Its time to put yourself first, its time to shine ✨

Shine is for you if:

💗You are new to fitness and want a powerful programme that is gentle enough to create your new healthy habits at a rate that suits you and gets you results.

💗You are restarting your fitness journey and want to kickstart your results and progress and get moving again. 

💗You're ready for a more holistic approach to fitness rather than fads and extreme measures. You are ready to focus on you, appreciate who you are and embrace the best version of yourself.

💗You want to move your body in an environment where you'll feel safe, flourish and make new friends (only high fives and cheerleaders here)

💗You're looking to shed a few pounds and feel great in your LBD ready for festive parties.

💗You'd like to try out a vast array of fitness styles from Cardio to kettlebells, free weights, dance fitness, Spin, yoga and more! Join shine and you will not only experience different work out styles in the group PT session, you'll be be able to try some of our much loved classes that are full of variety too!

💗You want support and training from highly experienced, supportive and friendly coaches who will encourage and train with you to see what is possible in 6 weeks.

💗You're wanting to grow your confidence and see what your body can do with fitness coaching and learn how to use new equipment safely.
